Job Responsibilities :

Job Requirements :

  • F.5 or above with LCCI/AAT qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years hands on accounting & administration experience
  • Familiar with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Experience in handling payroll and MPF procedures
  • Good command of written Chinese and English
  • Knowledge of QuickBook or MYOB accounting system is an advantage
  • One month availability or less

Business Analyst [Ref: INTERN-BA-08]

As Business Analyst, you will be working onsite at our client's premise to manage the successful integration and rollout of system applications. Specifically, the role will entail the following key responsibilities:

  • Gathering, analyzing and documenting business and user requirements
  • Prepare functional specifications with definitions of work flow, system functions etc
  • Prepare project plans and keep track of project progress with regular reporting to the client's project owner/management
  • Manage vendors and coordinate with software developers to ensure timely and high quality deliverables that meet the user expectations
  • Prepare test plans and coordinate user acceptance tests
  • Coordinate the deployment of hardware and software for testing and live production
  • Prepare Training and User Manual
  • Coordinate system launch activities, including parallel runs, data migration, fallback procedures

Job Requirements :

  • Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or similar credentials with good knowledge of the financial markets
  • 3 years work experiences in the field of IT or electronic commerce, and preferably in the financial industry
  • Proven track records in successfully managing IT projects
  • Excellent English writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in document workflow system, financial reporting and transaction applications will be an advantage

As a member of our development department, you will create mission critical online and enterprise software for clients from major corporations by exploring and implementing the latest web programming and software engineering technology.

Specific Requirements:

  • Degree/Higher Diploma in computer science or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year programming experience
  • In-depth knowledge and project experience in ASP.NET and Visual Basic
  • Familiar with SQL Server and Access
  • Experiences in Crystal Report and Windows Server administration will be a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate well and work with others as a team
